The injury might work in our favour, stop other big clubs sniffing around him while he recoups and has a nice holiday, liverpool not inundated with offers, so let us have him for £20 million !

We won't be paying that money for someone to miss 9 months due to injury. That's if it's an ACL. Lets hope its not that bad.

Injury table seems to suggest Dann should be available again the week after next and we should be able to do Burnely with a lineup of Ward, Kelly, Delaney and van Aanholt. Agree with this. We were able to beat Liverpool (at Anfield) and i think Sakho has taught the others a lot. Huge shame regardless and wish him a speedy recovery.

Well I think today's match is the business case for signing him. We still function OK with Tomkins in there, as against Liverpool. Today whenever we won the ball in central defence we just gave it straight back to them. Pi** poor.

We won at Liverpool last Sunday without Sakho but today we were absolute $hite. Our belief and team work has gone AWOL again. Sakho's input has been immense but his absence shouldn't mean that we couldn't cope with the likes of Burnley. Edited by Henry of Peckham (30 Apr 2017 8.02am)
