Sorry guys to be a party pooper, but I really think we have a better chance against Burnley on Sat. 3 points would more or less make us safe. Nevertheless we could, with this squad spoil Spurs intentions tonight. A draw would be a great result, and Spurs may still be smarting from Saturday. I would rather we save the best for Sat.

In Sam's I trust, at last a management team that really know what they are doing. COYP

I would play the strongest team & just use subs if anyone is getting tired. The earlier we pick up the odd point the better.

I agree with this. Keep the momentum going and sub/rest players during the game. Every player will want to play in this one and they've earn the right to.

I'm happy with whatever Big Sam picks, but would not e surprised to see Cabaye rested for MacArthur/Flamini. And maybe Zaha - at least as a starter.

I think McArthur will start, so either Cabaye or Luka rested. And possibly Sako to start for Zaha or Townsend.

or both with Flamini coming in.

I agree ... play the strongest team possible ... get a win then don't worry about the next few games ... points on the board and all that.

Then use the impact subs when required ... COYP

beat Spuds and every wannabe big-team player will want to sign for us over the Summer.

plus we will have a better chance of keeping our better players from being poached.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Schlupp start in midfield (in front of PvA at full back) to give a rest to Townsend or Zaha.

Townsend has run his bollocks off lately, whereas Zaha got a bit of a rest after being subbed near the end on Sunday. So maybe Andros gets to ride the bench a little tonight before coming on as an impact sub.

Also, Schlupp adds a little more defensive nouse to help counteract Walker.

I doubt Flamini will start because he'll be about as useful as a traffic cone against that Spurs midfield. MacArthur for Cabaye; to plug up the middle with Luka, and Yohan held in reserve in case we need to chase the game later.

We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football.

Bs been quoted as fielding a changed side due to the sheer amount of games in short space of time. The teams put up on page one are mostly the same. So it's doubtful that's anywhere near what will be put out. Unless it's a red herring message from bs

I hate that snidey c*nt. Hope someone nails him early doors for sneakily kneeing Cabaye in the back last season, and all the other cynical, malicious stuff he does to fellow pros on a regular basis.

Or, just beat them and destroy their dream of winning the title.
