Easy...the 12th man! The crowd deserve a lot of credit as well. Never under estimate the power of Selhurst! What an atmosphere last night. All the players were buzzing..,it really was a very special occasion.

Townsend, big game scenario, he played his socks off producing a decent graft and he has improved dramatically. 6 games and 5 wins... that Puncheon effect is working don't ya think? Agreed 100% ,we would never have seen a performance like that in 2016.

Townsend, worked like a demon. Close between him and several others though to be fair.

MOM for me was Sakho, he is playing out of his skin in our defence ... delicious If it wasn't for Sakho marshalling our defence ... throwing himself into every tackle .. playing the ball out of defence instead of hoofing it and being a beast .. well who knows Anyway perhaps all 11 players were MOM .... there's a thought
Record crowd 51,482 - The Whitehorse was rocking - Second Div Champs 1978 - 79 ... 'wot a night ! |

Fully agree, without his immense efforts in defence the results would have been different.
