Fabulous memories One of my biggest memories of that night, was the incredible view of the swaying sea of heads in the holmesdale, something people actually in the holmesdale obviously wouldn't have seen!!

I was quite young for the Burnley game and thought it would be a good idea to take a lump of turf home, I kept it on a saucer in my bedroom but it died pretty quick obviously.

Never stop to bring tears of joy back...Alan P's surprising winner, but it was also our ex-manager who gave away the ball for Liverpool's 1st goal. Never learned, did he....thinking about defending, what defending?

That season I was in the Kop with my brother-in-law (Red supporter) for the 9-0 thumping!!!! it made it all worth being a Palace supporter going to Villa Park for the FA cup match. Palace is NEVER a boring team to support.
