Fair play to them, they are going to be promoted by living within their means and only racking up a quarter of a billion debit. They are determined not to spend any money on overpaid mercenaries, which means that they wont be purchasing any new players for the Premier League. Good luck with that! Hopefully they will be relegated with an embarrassingly low number of points having being beaten at least twice by Palace. How Tony Bloom spent £274 million on the Albion
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

On the whole I am pleased. Pleased that the old rivalry can be sorted out on the pitch rather than with empty words shouted at each other from a distance. Pleased also for Chris Hughton who has done a good job and seems a decent bloke.

Chris Houghton is a class act and probably has the ability to keep them up next season, given the financial backing of his Chairman.

He is also a role model for aspiring black managers. I of course wish Chris no luck at all against us next season.
