As said earlier in the thread, this is a heavily male dominated sport. Any female journalists really need Abit about them to survive. After Moyes telling her to be careful next time, she should have come back with "next time I will still be in a job, you wont" That would have done it. I mean the dictionary should rename the word failure to see David Moyes.

I actually feel for him. Having just seen the interview he was clearly just joking with her. She was laughing and was obviously not offended in the least. Ridiculous.

Just heard it on the radio. Sounded light hearted until he says at the end when you think it's over. Be careful next time or something similar made it sound a little sinister.

It seems to have been seen as a threat. Surely the only person who could possibly view it as a threat was the journalist herself and she just laughed it off, didn't complain and didn't even want to comment when some barrack room lawyer complained on her behalf

whatever the gender of the reporter , seems to me that moyes says it in a threatening way , using his authority in a passive-aggressive way , all a bit wrong in my book .

It's about time someone put these women in their place. She should have been at home getting her husband's dinner ready anyway.

Here is the video... judge for yourself. I'm not sure if he is joking or not... the woman reporter laughs nervously... not sure if that means she is comfortable with what he said. However... she never made a complaint about it and this incident happened 2 weeks ago. As usual someone else has been "offended" on someone else's behalf, so the FA etc etc get involved when they really didn't need to. Typical.

Media reports suggest it is bullying, maybe/possibly but I do not think it was any worse than Mourinho's interview with the BBC reporter who asked a perfectly good question...oh I forgot , he was representing Manure
