"I can't get no, satisfaction' was sung by Mick Jagger on numerous occasions, but according to evidence presented by women of the 60s, he got quite a lot.

Yeah but it was a double negative. Shame on you Jamie, outwitted by a pop singer.

"Fly me to the moon and let me play among the stars"

Bollocks. The moon is only a fraction of the journey to the nearest star and frankly I'd not let someone with such vague navigational knowledge of the night sky fly my spaceship anywhere.

But Everyone's Gone to the Moon so it can't be that hard.

Yeah the moon is fine. He can go to the moon whenever he wants, but if he thinks he'll be nearer to the stars then I'm sorry but he's going to be massively disappointed.

That said, technically we're always "among the stars" given that they are every f**king where so maybe it's me that's the idiot.

That was poetic licence. I'm not having it that Bowie talked bollocks.

Of course not.

I'm sure the Jean Jeanie loved chimney stacks and that time fell w***ing to the floor.

“Lights will guide you home, and ignite your bones.”

I'm not sure what wattage bulbs Chris Martin uses but so far I've been unable to replicate this.

On a sidenote, I get very concerned with the blind stupidity of some musicians. Phil Lynott once informed us that "Tonight there's gonna be a jailbreak, somewhere in this town". My guess would be the jail?
Also, when pondering what should be his next course of action, Mick Jones asked “Should I stay or should I go now? If I go there will be trouble, if I stay it will be double.” So clearly the correct course is to go. Clearly.

Probably along the lines of michael jacksons Jesus juice.. a few drops and the said 'bitches' will do ANYTHING!
