Often those players didn't quite connect but basically Milivojevic saw to it the West Brom created f*** all.

Nice analogy. Does he run like Mr Benn too?

Do you expect the MOTD pundits to watch all 90 minutes of every game?

I think you'll find someone watches it for them.

I have to agree with Chateauferret Luka Milivojevic did see to it that WBA created f*"K all 8 or 9 for me all day!

Also Sakho should be a 9 with Wilf. He might not run the most km out of the whole team but he knows about positioning and where to be at the right moments.

Yes the name mentioned most in the commentary was Sako. He kept cleaning up def 9.

In Purley-speak I made one of my all too rare sortees into the provinces yesterday and I may confirm that Sakho was indeed a beast, Luka was great esp 1st half stopping WBA, less visible in 2nd half but only cos we were attacking more, but did still manage to thread Townsend in with a peach of a pass inside their last defender, Ward is struggling - was better a a year or two back when we were backs to the wall, more controlled slower possession and he looks a bit clueless, and Benteke has been under-rated, he gets asked to do an awful lot of donkey work but the way he instantly brings the ball down and can lay it off with a trick is pure class, it's a shame that we don't use those attributes of his more, not just putting the ball in front of his hefty nut - and Townsend should have played him in but he scored the 2nd goal so he is forgiven, but Tekkers pozzy on the far post gave Andros more vital space.

I know, it's almost as if bringing Jimmy on when we're shutting off the game makes sense. A strange man that Sam Allardyce...

MoTD are giving the preferred presentation - Palace are a team to stop. Goals coming from wing players, little mention of Benteke (who drew opposition players away from the ball) and virtually nothing about our now mean defence. There are team which (I hope) will be surprised that Palace have taken all three points. COYP

I saw on MOTD they didn't talk about it that long. Perhaps he needed to take his shirt off to get the recognition he deserved for it!?

They talked about it plenty.
