He didnt have his shooting boots but he looked alright on the ball for a change today Luka behind him gave him a bit of confidence.

Why on earth would you criticise his inclusion seeing as we won. Same 11 for WBA please

Sad.

Thought he was dog sh*t as usual. Doesn't stop me being happy , I support the team not 1 bad player.

To be honest...massive result today, but the op is right puncheon is not very good,I agree with the selection today apart from him, feel macarthur should have started alongside Cabaye.

Because I thought we carried him again.

Yeah. That's right. We won, played well first half , he never. And what?

Let's say I choose to look at the positives first and there where many today, regardless of the win. Much, much better.

As for Puncheon, he played better today than he has.

For impersonating a footballer.
Great result. Played well first half.
But Puncheon is nicking a living as a playmaker. Must be the worst number 10 in world football. I'm assuming it must have been a wind up that he was given the armband.
The only thing more embarrassing than his performances is us singing he's one of our own.
Just the result we needed, but we need to bin that waste of space.

Would have waited to sober up before posting this type of message.

The team got 3 points today, the game plan worked. Regardless of individual errors, it's about unity right now.

Ward and WH aren't fan favourites at the moment, but as a collective we got the points. That's all.

This was once a quality forum....

Your opinion counts! We win for the first at home for months and your first thought is to be negative.

Very strange, its a team game.

Would you?

Happy about the 3 points

Puncheon and the other 2 you mention are, in my opinion are not good enough , but think the rest will keep us up , in spite of them.

If we stay up, time for Puncheon to move on. His performances and stats over the last two seasons speak for themselves.

small acorns

Time and a place for a good slagging but not off the back of a vital 1-0 win. Spirit and togetherness has to be maintained until such time the team play as if they don't care again.

Oh yeh and his vital goals against Spurs 2015, Norwich 2016 and a goal that nearly clinched us the FA Cup. The guy's been great for this club, we've still not won a league game since our promotion where he hasn't played. He's off form, he needs a rest imo. I think he does a lot of unnoticed work for the team, today he got into goalscoring opportunities on 3 occasions. Fans ought to show more respect to good servants for the club.
