Seriously think SA missed a trick not bringing him on 2H v Sunderland. Game lost, minutes needed. So we ship 1 or 2 more goals...he might have been able to also play 2H v Stoke and be close to full fitness for boro.

As it is, we signed a player who hadn't played and he STILL hasn't played. So we are perhaps no further forward. An amazing player too.

Dann has not been FULLY fit since he pulled his hamstring earlier this season, in my opinion. I think must have he's known it wasn't right and maybe that has affected his game and his ability to train in a fully committed way.

Damn that stupid EFL cup game at Southampton.

I can't believe he didn't play the u23 match last week, perfect opportunity for some game time.

Both Hull and Swansea who have improved their fortunes have had their new players available straight away.

Think Hull have had 7 new players to pick from, Swansea hae had 4 but we haven't had that luxury.Unfortunate to have Schlupp injured but apart from that only PVA has played as soon as he was signed. We know about Sakho and the fact that he hasn't introduced, Milivojevic has had to wait for his Work permit etc etc.

Basically we have had to rely on the players who have got us into this mess in the first place so is it any wonder that we haven't had that 'Bounce' experienced by Swansea and Hull ? We now have 'Milivojevic' and perhaps with Sakho and Schlupp being introduced we can revive our fortunes.

Didn't help to then also lose Dann and have Cabaye carrying a knock as well.

Hopefully, we'll actually have a full squad to pick from against Middlesbrough.

Employee of the month is a good example of how someone can be both a winner and a loser at the same time.

Something tells me you don't understand what the job of an athlete entails.

You are kidding what athlete half way through a season with no injury problems is not ready to play a game. This little break should give SA time to bed him into the role he wants him to play.
