No away fans like our ground, that's part of selhurst's charm. You can see why though, I love it, but even for home fans it's pretty s***. Not even worth leaving your seat at half time in the Arthur Wait.

Remember first game back in the big time against spurs, was massive complaints from spurs fans that the concourse in the Arthur was dangerous.

On the contrary all away fans love our ground because they never see their team lose

I had a "restricted view" seat in the Arthur on Saturday.

Not restricted enough by a long shot! I suspect they'll start charging a premium based on how much of the pitch is out of sight.

They don't like our ground!!! Do we care!!! But it is also staggering that a club like ours, which is recognised as having the largest catchment area in London and bigger than a lot of cities in the North, can still have such a dilapidated ground!! Come on the yanks!! It needs to be sorted out quickly whether we stay up or not

There's a fair few of our own fans that dont like it either lol

I've no doubt.... but anyone who comes from an area of the country where saying 'are yous looking at us' (translates to 'are you looking at me') is considered normal and adds the word 'like' onto the end of every sentence will be ignored by me when it comes to questioning the literary skills of others.

Well I love the old place. Wouldn't change it for the world.
You can keep your soulless MFI stadiums.
Having said that I'm just an old fart, so what do I know.

Good article.
I can't disagree with any of it tbh, which is a shame.

The Aw with that black gantry thing blocking the view must be one of the worst in the prem, mind you the lower at the Bridge is rubbish as well.

it's a football match should it matter? saying that we should hurry up and sort something out asap, but I know it will never happen if we go down.

Very funny.
The stewards were stopping Palace Fans leaving at HT.
They said they had to stay and watch the rest of the match.!!

I dunno. I've been in and around the north a bit. Did you see that part 1 of 2 real life drama called Moorside on that Shannon girl 'hidden' (just staying) out of the way for 2 weeks while the hunt for her/body was broadcast in the press?

The north outdo the south in the oddball and extreme lack of intelligence stakes. I know some northerners who'd agree. Some of the jobs they have to do on food production lines I'm not surprised tbf.

Anyway they go to football grounds and on transport expecting it to be better than their homes, which it probably is, even the Arfur toilets.
