For the first time in over a year, I'm confidently predicting a home win. If we do only get a draw, it will be disappointing, but not a disaster. If we lose, I fear for the future.

My heart says palace win. My head knows this is a potential banana skin of a match. We will either play brilliantly or dreadfully. No in between. My prediction from before Christmas still stands. This is the marker. Lose this and we go down.

In the nerves department I'd say Sunderland will under more pressure than us. I say keep the same team for this one as Defoe could exploit our defenders getting used to each other. Hoping 2-0 or 3-0+ as the floodgates will open should they concede early. Hoping that the 'ZAHA' factor will be what breaks their defense. Dann and Benteke feeling confident too as will Townsend. We can defend tight all game and our hoof balls with Townsend and Zaha waiting will sooner or later reap dividends IMO. And hoof-balling is something we've had a lot of success and practice with. Can't see them breaking through our 'SAM ALLARDYCE' set-up and only an error would see someone like Defoe through - who only needs half a chance. But I think we'll hold out for another clean sheet and I can't see us not scoring at least 1, and if that's early, the Sunderland will capitulate and it'll 3 goals plus. My prediction: 2-0

My Scarf is feeling less dejected after Bournemouth. It likes goals contributing to a Palace win and I hope it is not disappointed.

A slow game with Palace taking their few chances. 2-0 Palace

4-0 convincing victory. I think we will score early and then dominate them.

7-6 win after being 6 down at HT. All 13 goals from Jermaine Defoe.

I used to always wear an away shirt when CPFC were away, and the home shirt when they were at home. Wherever I was in the world I'd have it on. Then they started losing no matter what shirt I had on. However, they won against Bournemouth when I had the black shirt with the sash. So my question is this: do I wear my black shirt again because it's lucky, or do I wear a home shirt to correspond to the home fixture? Please note that the following are not possible -
a) Lucky shirts don't exist
b) Wearing both (because they cancel each other out in the unwritten laws of lucky shirts)

I'm feeling confident, although I will of course be s***ting myself before kick-off tomorrow. Hopefully another 2-0.
