Don't really see the problem with him being a Millwall fan, they were his local team growing up

I really struggle to see any problem with someone still supporting the team they followed as a kid, irrespective of who they may have played for.

Joe Ledley supported Cardiff from the terraces and his family are Cardiff supporters.

New to this site so hello Lads and Lasses.

I too always thought millwall Was IW's childhood team.
I was also under the impression that Joe ledley's childhood team was Liverpool and his hero was Ryan giggs.
Remember reading it somewhere

Despite the fact he made his name at Palace until we got back to the Premier League we didn't seem to exist to him,all he talked about was playing for Arsenal.
Also I lost a lot of respect for him years ago at Highbury when he took such enjoyment in seeing us relegated.I've got no time for the man,and as a pundit he's only slightly more interesting than Alan Shearer

He supports Liverpool, Millwall, Arsenal and Palace.

Remember his chat show? Dear oh dear. 10 seconds was enough.

If the BBC mentioned Millwall was " community important " once then it was twenty times.

Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance.

Who supports where?

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet.

he grew up in Brockley SE4, & despite him being able to see the Crystal Palace tower from Hillyfields park, Millwall would still be his local club....

catford kid, caught up supporting "team of the 80s" in the 70s..

Have a bit of sympathy for wrighty, spenty most of his life looking for his birth certificate. No wonder he gets confused at who he supports.

He clearly counts himself as am Arsenal fan. Palace are the second team he 'likes to see do well'. Millwall might get a mention once a decade he’s at one of their games for media work.

The thing is, he’s not a fan, he’s a professional involved in the game. He was never on the terraces as a kid, watching any of these teams. He doesn’t live by the same rules as actual fans.

Hear he loves a drop of Stella and to go home and act like a northerner.
As much as i loved him when he played for us, Everything he did after has made dislike him more and more.
