Don't really see the problem with him being a Millwall fan, they were his local team growing up

I really struggle to see any problem with someone still supporting the team they followed as a kid, irrespective of who they may have played for. Joe Ledley supported Cardiff from the terraces and his family are Cardiff supporters.

Despite the fact he made his name at Palace until we got back to the Premier League we didn't seem to exist to him,all he talked about was playing for Arsenal.

He supports Liverpool, Millwall, Arsenal and Palace. Remember his chat show? Dear oh dear. 10 seconds was enough.

If the BBC mentioned Millwall was " community important " once then it was twenty times.
Responsibility Deficit Disorder is a medical condition. Symptoms include inability to be corrected when wrong, false sense of superiority, desire to share personal info no else cares about, general hubris. It's a medical issue rather than pure arrogance. |

he grew up in Brockley SE4, & despite him being able to see the Crystal Palace tower from Hillyfields park, Millwall would still be his local club....

Have a bit of sympathy for wrighty, spenty most of his life looking for his birth certificate. No wonder he gets confused at who he supports.

He clearly counts himself as am Arsenal fan. Palace are the second team he 'likes to see do well'. Millwall might get a mention once a decade he’s at one of their games for media work. The thing is, he’s not a fan, he’s a professional involved in the game. He was never on the terraces as a kid, watching any of these teams. He doesn’t live by the same rules as actual fans.
