Sounds like another Adebyore. Where is he digging these ex players of his up from! Anymore ex players from BFS teams around that want to apply for a job ? Lets face it it's obvious that you can't stand Sam and every one of your posts supports this. He has a job to keep us up so let him get on with it and sometimes it would be refreshing to perhaps give our manager some support or are you yearning for the return of a certain Mr Pardew?

Look at it this way - would you rather have Samba or no one? He's hardly going to prevent other defenders from joining and with Fonte gone our only other target is Collins anyway. If we end up with Collins and Samba, great. If Collins doesn't go through, our best option is to hope Dann, Tomkins and Delaney stay fit and if not, Samba comes in, hopefully only for a few matches and literally just stands there heading the ball away.

Posts like this make me smile. You were among several who refused to back our previous manager (and obviously couldn't stand him), but now demand that everyone back this manager. You have opinions, so what? Let others have theirs. Leave out the derision and we all get along. We all want the same end result. Just that some have different ideas of what they want to see. Don't take this as a personal attack on you, it's more about letting people have their opinions. You might not agree, but don't go down the route of calling others "deluded", "idiots", etc&etc, like so many others. If we all had the same opinion we would.... Get what I mean?

I cannot believe we are even considering buying a 32 year old who has been released by his club mid season. This is crazy. What the hell is going on? All I have seen is rumors to buy either washed out has beens or others who cant make it at lesser teams!!

Just when I thought things couldn't get any worse. Top marks to Sam in the transfer market so far.

Complain about players in Palace Talk before they've even signed for us? This is a very efficient way of doing things.

I made my feelings known about Pardew as a result of his performance and record over nearly 12 months. I intend to give Sam the time to put the wrongs right. If as you say we all want the same end result then at least give him the time to get it right. As you rightly say this forum is about opinions and yours clearly are the exact opposite of mine, so we beg to differ. With regards to your statements that I refer to people who have a different opinion as deluded, idiots etc etc please quote one post where I have done this. I can tell you now that you won't be able to, so please get your facts right. And no I don't get it!

You thought it was brilliant. I didn't. I said it was halfway there. Are you seeing things a bit clearer yet? It turns out the summer signings have been turd. Partly because of Pardew, partly because of gaps and partly because the joined up thinking went out the window. It was names names names as long as they were up for sale. Sam now has to join up the breaks in the chain. And there are many of those. I'm not happy about Samba but SA didn't release Mariappa did he?

Not really because until we're winning every game of the season and every competition we enter you can always pick fault with the squad and say where we could improve. You can't defend signing Samba.

It's been clear for months we lack cover at the back. We cannot get anybody to join us. This may or may not be an option, What is the issue exactly ?

How do you know what Samba will be like in a Palace shirt. Wasn't Delaney a journeyman and seeminglingly 'washed up' when he came to us and look how that turned out. Samba may turn out to be rubbish but let's see.
