City will want this one having stepped all over their penii in the league. We don't want this.

Play the kids and let the chips fall where they may.

One interesting stat: City keeper Bravo hadn't made a save since Jan 2nd.

its a shame that we've been about as successful in the shots on target stakes tho

Clinton is Clinton. I have known him for a long time, I know his mother... Simon Jordan

Us winning 2-1, everyone wishing it was a league game and the win providing a 'springboard' for a revival of our fortunes !

as has been said, a useful chance for more Palace players to see action (and to be seen by Sam). Should they be sufficiently hungry a win will be welcome. Our support would forgive the playing of a "second team" and others would start to worry. COYP

I hope that Sam doesn't make the same mistake as he did away to Arsenal - he played a full team and then suffered when we lost to Swansea 2 days later. The games against Bournemouth and Sunderland are vital so I hope he plays as many reserves as possible on Saturday to save those with niggles and poor recovery records. Regretfully at the moment the Cup is an unwanted distraction.

This. Rest Wilf - and play a few fringe squad players.
We need our first team fit for the following two league games from which we must get 3 or 4 points.

Heaviest defeat in years 7-0 to city.
Can someone give me a convincing argument why I should go to this game and how we've got a chance of winning.
One of my kids wants to go, but I can only see pain and misery.
