It's not Sam's fault that the players are completely hopeless. They're just not that good. This can happen to a team when your best player leaves in the summer - Bolasie was irreplaceable. The *star* names in the side such as Cabaye and Benteke don't give a damn - Pardew had the wonderful ability to sign players with even bigger egos than him.

You're being quite outspoken on here regarding the manager and our position with a dozen and a half matches to go and another net £10 mil to spend.

You're also conveniently forgetting that parpiss had us defending worse than the ladies team and won 6 games in 12 months without a care for clean sheets or protecting leads or points.

There is time left. It's going to be tough so any without the stomach for it can save their time and frail nerves. Or we get 2 wins on the bounce and it becomes easier.

Because the board were stupid enough to pay him three times more than every other starting player, despite the fact that he scores once a season and would have been dropped by now if he hadn't been good once. A couple of big signing can change the morale of a team and I fear that started to happen some time ago. He just can't be bothered to play.

Disagree - think Cabaye has improved massively in recent games and was one who was giving it his all today. Harsh on Big Ben but things just aren't chiming for him at the moment - he did lose the ball several times mind you. Sad to say it but I think Punch is one of the weak links at the moment - certainly no good on the wing and attitude not nearly positive enough - he always was a confidence player and unsurprisingly it's been drained from him over the last year...

LISTEN HIPPO HEAD, I left West Ham before the final whistle, only the second time I've ever left before the final whistle. The other time was against Fulham at home when we lost 4-1. Holloway was gone after that match. GET THE PICTURE !

He is already starting to make excuses saying that he had a couple of months more to sort out Sunderland. He of course did but it sounds like an excuse to me that he cannot be expected to make improvements yet. If he needs another two months then we will already be down playing the way he is setting us up.

Give BFS a break....he came in just before xmas, then had a deluge of games with a team with injuries, AFCON, erc, with very little time on the traing ground, and trying to institute a more defensive style of play...tough challenge to say the least.

On the plus side, Schlupp has signed and 2 or 3 defensive players quite close.... having said that, no one can deny that Palace are in deep peril of the drop. In hindsight, Parish should have brought BFS in ar least a month or 6 weeks before he did. Everyone makes mistakes

Makes me wonder if SA really understood the problems he inherited. Sammy Lee Looked like he was quite shocked today. Not sure if they will attract any more players after today's dressing down. All looking very bad to say the least.
Who would believe we are here tonight. I had us down as a top 8 team. Unless the slide is arrested things are looking real ad.

He has only had a couple of games. This is Pardew's team and it is a team that cannot stop the other team scoring. Pardew seemed to dislike Palace heroes like Jedi and Murray. He didn't understand and ruined the team.

I went to the Swansea match and to be honest it didn't look like Batman, Robin, Spiderman and Harry Potter together could keep that team up.

Hopefully greedy fat Sam can.

But I wouldn't blame him if he can't. The cold statistic of Pardew's record that he has inherited are truly awful.

Ouch ouch Super Ouch Super Ouch Blame Pardew.

They didn't play like Pardews team. Pardews tesm scored goals and played good football and lost by 1 goal or 2. And were never in the relegation zone. Hell we beat Southampton 3-0 at home. Now we play s***ty defensive football hoofing long balls and couldnt score in a brothel. Big Sam is taking us down. Well done the Pardew out brigade. How many times did we lose 3-0 to bottom hslf teams under Pardew? I'll wait.
