When we were in for Mutch, a quick glance at a QPR fan site revealed that people were queueing up to drive him across London and couldn't believe their club would be getting back the £5 mill they'd paid Cardiff only a few months earlier. With Fryers, Spurs fans were amazed they'd actually get money for him. What Pardew and Holloway saw in those players I don't know, but the fans watching week in week out, were certainly spot on.

I do see some potential in Fryers. In Mutch I see none and I was starting to worry that Sam was going to be subbing him on virtually every game, even instead of Lee.

Warnock must have signed Fryers, Holloway was long gone by then. It was nice and easy to remember the managers name when we had Bert Head, whereas now the name painted on the managers door hardly gets a chance to dry.

The door on the office, rotates more often than the chair... Mutch when he was at Cardiff was a very good player, and that Mutch, at 5m would have been a steal. Fryers seems to have started to come good, and clearly hadn't finished development as a player. Andy Dorman.... A player who made you wonder whether we should have kept Stuart Green.

Whenever I see Jordon I feel I'm watching a sofa-loving fan who's turned up in full kit and somehow wandered onto the pitch.

Mutch is on his way, hopefully. If he can go, and a better player comes in, good business! I'll take a packet of peanuts for Mutch
