Hopefully it would see Remy return to Chelsea....possibly the worst loan signing in our history ? What are you talking about? He didn't even play. He's a terrific football player, is going to be great in the second part of the season. People seem to have just forgotten who Remy is and how he almost singlehandedly kept Newcastle in the Premier League

Not bad business for Chelsea IMO. We keep Remy for a year paying his wages while he's injured, then when he's finally ripe to come back, Chelsea get him back for a clean swap with Michy - not bad at all.

From what I understand premier league rules dictate you cannot loan more than one player from the same club, i.e. Remy I have not seen this in the FA rules. it states you can not have more than two loans but don't see any specifics on clubs.

Knowing our luck Remy will be fit and brilliant for the rest of the season (which will be fantastic) then we'll buy him permanently and never see him again. However with Batshuayi, I still believe there was never a chance we were getting him and our name was all just tactic and can only see him giving the 'I wanna fight for my place at Chelsea' speech
