The real problem now is that we've forgotten how to win games, hold on to games, grind out results or sustain a run in this division. Cantering towards a relegation spot which we will struggle to get out of unless we change something & sharpish!!!

..hard to honestly expect a lot from the past two games although I did join everybody else in praying very hard, we draw against a good Hull, who didn't deserve to lose 1-0 today and 3-0 at Spurs, we also beat Sunderland and as I can remember the games quite well they weren't very long ago.

Never got Zaha into the game in the second half, Puncheon kept coming inside from the left which left the right-footer Ward to try and whip crosses in from the left flank.

That said we were never out of the game and this week against two top sides we have only lost to both by a single goal, which is much better than many had expected.

..we kept them contained very well today, the problem was they kept us contained even better by stopping Zaha and Puncheon the two players they discovered needed stopping for the second half.

Only Leicester and Liverpool have beaten us by two clear goals, 3-1 and 4-2.

We were poor today. Like against Man Ure, we hoof the ball up to Benteke, he in turn loses it as he's isolated and lo and behold Chelsea are on the attack again. If we keep letting teams come at us then eventually they're going to score aren't they? Yet it's the same mindless tactics-or lack of them-that is costing us in every game. Pardew is paid to motivate and select the correct tactics, he has only been successful six times this year. Nothing against the man personally, he just doesn't know what he's doing and we're the ones suffering. Sam Allardyce will turn this sorry situation out. We have a talented and experienced squad who are capable of much better with the right man at the helm.

..we were as good as we almost needed and could be considering the expectations of the three squads, you really need to understand hierarchy.

..KAOS had forgotten the last time we beat anybody and I just remembered that one against Southampton, I had almost forgotten! I feel you may be surprised how good Hull actually are, they will not finish in the bottom three.

Defended well in both games this week against 2 star studded in form sides. Need to carry it forward into January.

Left back and solid holding midfielder a must in the window. Jordan Pickford would be nice, might take the odd cross or two.

Could try offering Newcastle a swap Dwight Gayle for Andros Townsend.

Time for Mutch and Chungy to ship out.

..brilliant isn't he, never sell to another team in close quarters.

We need a proper Left Back ready to come in on the 1st January not the 31st.

Ideally a goal scoring striker in case Benteke gets injured and we will be fine.

With or without Alan.

I thought Cabaye and Kelly were good today, Chelsea looked as though they had already started their Christmas break and Pete the Eagle might be a better bet in goal than Wayne Hennessey?

Two games no points. Leicester won the league by winning by one goal we will go down losing by one goal a game. Today we offered very little and made our usual mistake to gift a goal not good enough. Watford or bust for AP.

Whilst we didn't take a pasting today, let's not forget Sunderland lost 1-0 at home to Chelski on Weds under similar circumstances. This game would only be a possible real season changer if we had won, next against Watford is a different matter.

I do feel we would be a stronger team with 2 more dynamic full backs. Whilst Kelly had a much better game going forward today, I thought Wardy was clueless going forward and slowed things down.

Pap added that at left back.

Fryers - just me, or does that guy look ridiculously short of fitness?

Townsend is fast becoming a player us fans couldn't care for. Get a whiff of the prima donna about him. Let Zaha keep developing out on the right, and get another tricky left winger in the Jan window.
