AP has already tightened the straps. He did that two weeks ago. Forget the helmet I want to see endeavor and teamwork from the players and far more guile and balls from him!!

More of exactly the same (gung ho attacking, poor defending, players out of position and nonsensical substitutions) resulting in the inevitable Southampton win. Why would anyone expect anything different, Pardew's in transition?
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |

An Arsenal team minus the likes of Cech,Koscielny,Mustafi,Cazorla,Ozil, Xhaka,Sanchez,Walcott,Giroud,Bellerin,Monreal etc. What one can say is that Southampton have to play on Saturday after a game on Wednesday whereas we have had a free week. Can't see that being a factor as they made 8 changes themselves last night from the weekend. Can only see a Saints win

We beat them 1-0 last season our last home win before the slump. Cant see that happening again 0-2 with Redmond having his customary blinder against us

When things seem hopeless we normally get something. Palace 1 (Benteke)
The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years |

Other results are just as important now, unfortunately. One eye on Palace and the other on Burnley, Swansea, Hull, Sunderland and Middlesborough. We can afford to lose if they all screw up too. Bad situation to be in.

Southampton are fresh from their famous win at Arsenal and are hitting some form at the wrong time for us,as are Hull who we play the following week. 3 0 palace. Comfortable win and the start of the resurrection of super al.
