Though we will miss Wilf for 4-6 games depending on how the Ivorian's do in the Africa nations we should benefit in the long term . It cant do him any harm to play in that competition which though a bit of a joke in years gone by is now comparable to anything Europe can offer . Do we really want a confidence player like Wilf playing for England passing the ball to the right back ? Jeeeees that would just about Finnish him off Good luck Wilf , will look forward to seeing him make Palace proud . Ivory coast are drawn in the same group as Yannicks Congo lot , not one to be missed .

Lost any sort of discipline, doesn't know wether to push forward or stay back...not that that's his fault, it's the same with cabaye and puncheon...all part of APs new system.

He was taken off against Sako because once again we were chasing the game and needed better attacking options. Or are you completely clueless about then game ?

Says in The Sun today that Zaha isn't going to the AFCON in January as he's agreed to stick with Palace. I guess that's fair, given the short notice it left the club with losing one of their best players.

Judging by your responses it seems that you consider anyone that has a different view to yourself to be clueless. Perhaps if you removed your head from up your backside you might get a clearer view of what's happening on the pitch

He's our best player by a mile - you're so desperate for your '"I'm being controversial for the sake of it" opinion to be proved right, that you're not interested in seeing him succeed.

Second most assists in the EPL, well before the weekend, wonder where we would be without him this season!

CroydonLad you're everything that's wrong with Palace fans. You make terrible calls on players and circumstances and then fail to support your argument with any substance. Better yet, you call those that challenge your posts "clueless" The stats back up Zaha's progress this year. Added assists and goals to his game, far better success rate on take-ons too. If you watch him for any sort of time you can see his development from his positioning, decision making (still improving) and work rate. He's by no-means the finished article but you can clearly see he's the shining light in a poor side. Pretty much everything positive going forward involves him.

And he's upped his defending game markedly. He's the last player I'd be giving grief at the moment.
Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |
