He's usually on the 10:45 train out of Paddington in 1st class. I didn't see him today, did anyone see him today ? I did look for him when I arrived at Swansea but never saw him. I did think that maybe he'd stayed behind to start the ball rolling once the inevitable happened. He could of just caught an earlirer train.

The man is a professional, I guess not pushed into panic decisions. There is a lot at stake financially, I am sure he will make the correct move, when required. The hysteria on here, naming any Tom, Dick or Harry posters can think of, as a replacement, none of whom I have read appear to be an improvement.

Bollocks. He has been prudent when some of us expected blank cheques to be signed in the transfer market, but bottled big decisions? Not the same thing.
