To answer your questions reference stop the players making silly mistakes Is to do the job he is paid for its called Man management something he apparently knos little about

..he needs to be, if he doesn't believe he can do it there's not much point, so the reason for your new post is to mention everything that has already been mentioned but for you to highlight the fact you don't like his arrogance.
Exactly how is removing a manager going to stop our players making ridiculous silly mistakes then?

I could not agree more. We do need to move on before its too late, The team are good enough to be the minimum mid table, How can a defence go from one of the best in the Premier to a team that has conceded more goals than the majority of the rest of the division

Luck occurs on a one off basis. 5 wins in 30 games isn't due to bad luck. It's due to not being good enough

I'm referring to games this season, last season has no bearing on this season, mainly because a lot of the players have been moved around and because we are playing with more possession in regards to how we played last season, this game against Burnley saw them score twice with two individual pieces of luck that went their way, all their goals came as a result of us attacking them, to me it only suggests we are having small issues with adjusting to our different style of play and with incorporating our midfield into tightening up their play.

If you mean 10th of thereabouts, I might see your point. If you mean under Pulis, we were 6th best, but hardly ever scored which was another problem, albeit one that seems to have been solved for now.

This season injuries to Dann, Delaney, Tomkins and Soaure have not helped. Neither has not having Cabaye and McArthur together, and uninjured, very often. We have not had a settled back four so far, and look at what that did to Fat Sam's West Ham in his last season (as his name keeps coming up).

Furthermore, Delaney is another year older and is looking it. Ledley has been inconsistent when stepping in, as has Kelly.

To me Soaure is the key, as we looked a much better side with him in the team.

Mind you, I think we should look for a left sided full back, and try to get Tomkins to find some form (which will be tough in a leaky back line).

Schneiderlin would help if he is available.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.

What were the pieces of luck that went their way? The Puncheon corner going to the first man, the higher intensity of Burnley to win the ball?

Also, you can talk all about luck but it evens out. We could argue we were lucky when we beat Sunderland in last minute, equalised against Bournemouth etc. We are under performing and you can't dress it up as anything else. We've had an easy start to the season and have not achieved the points we should've.

Again, Pardew should've signed a backup left back as it was clear we needed one as Fryers isn't deemed good enough.

By becoming a team that couldn't score in a brothel to becoming a team that has scored more goals than the majority of the rest of the division .

My biggest fear is that we are making the same mistakes that the clowns made years ago. Trying to change our style to a more attractive attacking system`which just leaves us more open to counter attack. Our defence is leaking goals and the main reason is the lack of protection in midfield. Pardew needs to be realistic and realise that we aren't anywhere ready to attack everyone - the first priority in any successful team is to stop conceding goals.!

Not sure it's about Souare, we did not win a league game this year till he went out of the side, after he did we beat Boro, Stoke and Sunderland and got a good draw at Everton.

We're not "bang in trouble " but we will be if things carry on the way they are at the moment. We have 27 games to play and we need to win about 7 of them plus a few draws so there is a long way to go. Pardew will be gone if we don't win a game fairly soon and we will still have 20+ matches left so there is no need to panic. It will all be about who comes in to replace him and I'm sure Parish & co will make the right choice.
