If a change is deemed necessary by the board, which it may by Xmas.
I think Chris Hughton would be a good choice, he has been unluckily sacked in the past by bigger clubs. He is a solid manager, he may not take us forward, but he would get us mid table.

Hughton has every chance of being promoted with Brighton.
Do you honestly believe he would be interested in joining us ?
And can you see Brighton releasing him to join us ?

He would jump at the chance, Brighton have no investment and would go back down
Brighton may have no choice if he has a buyout clause. anything is possible in football, you should know that.

Why isn't Louis van Gaal included in the top 3? He is by far the best option.

Oh yes please , at last a manager who would kick out Zaha

Seriously though , Pardew is the best for us where we are at the moment
We won't go down
And we are always gonna be a mid table club anyway
Leave Pardew in !!!

Am coming round to the idea of Mancini. Maybe a certain Mr Lombardo would follow.
I also liked what Flores did at Watford.

Where is the evidence that Brighton could/would not invest significantly if they went down ?

And one would think that Hughton would wish to stay with a club on the "Up" rather than a team fighting a relegation battle and as such could go down.

Surprised David Wagner hasn't had a mention yet! Doing an incredible job at Huddersfield and learnt his trade under Klopp at Dortmund. Wouldn't have to break the bank to get him either. Pardew's time has to be up. 5 league wins in 2016, no clean sheet since April.

If we are going to look:

Unai Emery

Failing that:

Christian Streich

David Wagner (seconded)

Both have done well at small to medium sized clubs, building a team over time.

Or Jorge Sampaoli.

That being said I still think AP should get until the mid season transfer window, at least.

If you come to a fork in the road, take it.

Now we have the West Brom result and we arenow down to 16th and even Hull are threatening us.

Why buy a 3rd centre back and play him on the bench?

I don't know who we could get bto replace AP but the comedians who propose Loue Van Gal conveniently he spent close to £200M to get to 4th place

There is nothing we supporters can do about our likely slide into the Championship, our postings are not even read by he brass its all up to SP and I wish him the best of luck, he will certainly need iit

Always dressed in suit and tie at a game.Habit of going down on his haunches in technical area and directing matters.
Can you see him swapping PSG for Palace ?
