From reading that article there seems quite an easy way of clearing this up one way or the other.

Surely a letter to the court from the stadium manager or from Steve Parish saying he had permission no???

If not then he's clearly talking bollocks and is guilty.

Just read the article.
Is the name of the chairman of the bench a wind up?

When you're dead you don't know you're dead.

It is difficult only for the others.

It's the same when you're stupid.

If he was given permission then it's a sign that the HF are more equal than other fans.

Is Bolasie so forgetful that he couldn't remember that he was having a leaving party days before he left?

Couldn't the stadium manager remind Bolasie that the HF had laid on vol-au-vants, jelly & cheese and pickle sandwiches?

Doesn't quite add up.

If he's lying and his reasons aren't backed up, then a banning order is fair enough, given he's wasted the courts time.

I'd imagine its fairly easy to prove one way or the other, as someone would have to provide evidence of his permission to legally enter the area.

One would have thought that the stadium manager would have been consulted before it got this far

Exactly Midlands Eagle.. I would like to think that the rozzers contacted the stadium manager or even Mr Parish to see if he indeed did have permission.

The fact that he's been charged and gone to court I can only assume that the stadium manager or Mr P weren't to forthcoming in his support.

I've got to say that IF he was given permission by the stadium manager to hop over the barrier and on to the pitch then that's pretty unprofessional.

What about the kids that had Bolasie shirts, maybe they wanted to say goodbye too but like the majority of us fans, a wave had to suffice. Think the wave turned into a w***er sign after the 'tackle' on Ward t'other night.
Should had the 'ceremony' down the pub, isn't that usually what happens?

I refuse to believe there are that many people out there that can't spell. Too f**king lazy, that's what I think.

What's informal permission?
Either you have permission or you don't.
And why wasn't Bolasie told about it,he didn't appear too happy about being confronted as he left the pitch.

Tudor is desperate to be like an Italian Ultra dictating to the club.
What a load of bollicks he had a gift for Yannick, he was being aggressive and got knicked because of it.
The club cut the HF a lot of slack and there are limits.

Why did this either go to court? Couldn't it have been sorted in house?

Why? He committed an offence. Its not one rule for a HF member and another for the rest of us. If you act like a dick expect to get done for it.If the club start letting people get away with trying to get at players then it would be open house.

I vaguely remember seeing this from the upper Holmesdale and from what little I saw it looked a little heated and Bolasie looked unsettled. I won't go as far as to say it could be perceived as an attack or what you would describe as an unruly or out of control fan running on the pitch but it certainly didn't look like gift giving.

It was nowhere near the Ultra's in block B was it? Seem to remember it being near the tunnel which meant he ran the length of the stand which doesn't look good for his case.

If I had to guess purely on a long distance aerial view (which isn't reliable) I'd wager it was along the lines of "don't leave Yannick we all love you" which whilst a nice gesture, certainly isn't organised gift giving and would have made Bolasie uncomfortable.
