Think people forget very quickly the types of managers we used to attract and maybe the man in charge now is one of the reasons the club has moved forward so much that none of our previous managers would get a look in. But who would be better than Pardew that we can realistically attract? Always hear people say they wouldn't mind him leaving but rarely hear anyone put names forward.... So come on, who would you appoint?

I'd rather he stayed. I am, however, comforted by the fact that he's probably a little bit non-compliant with the FA's requirements for an England manager, ie. a yes-man with no mind of his own. He should have been in the papers for all the wrong reasons of late. The job is Bruce's, or Howe's at a pinch. Efa

Utterly ridiculous post. Let him leave now and replace him with who exactly? Furthermore, he's finally got (some of) the team that he wants and needs to turn us into a solid premierleague side and you'd wanna dump him now? f*** off.

Sometimes I read comments on here and a little piece of me wishes that these idiots would get their way with Pardew and as a result we found ourselves in the 2nd Division a few years later.Id still be going but at least they would f@ck off back to where they came from. This post has been merged from a topic called 'Pardew bookies favourite for next England Manager' by james03 I would be more than happy for AP to get the Eng job, has all the right credentials,,,, A man who has 10 paragraphs worth of 'Controversies' on Wikipedia, multiple superinjunctions, failure specialist having not one a single thing in 20 years. We would be fine this season under the guidance of someone like Hodgson whilst we search for proper long term manager for next season onwards. Pardew will fail miserably for England and deserves to fail in order to bring his ego back down to reality.
VOTING OUT - Brexit will allow Britain to embrace the Commonwealth and be GREAT again |

Well I disagree with you, but even if we accept that Pardew is s***, where does that leave us, do you think we can secure a decent manager at such short notice?
