Really good 6 in front of defence and hopefully Tomkins settles in with Delaney early. Should be able to get a result at Sunderland if things go ok. Semi decent bench though. But I don't recall a good bench so far this season. 4 of those started at Southampton so hopefully they can all last nearly the full 90.

Only 6 on that bench although I can't think of another standout addition. Would be a CB but they're either playing or injured.

I'd definitely take a point given Dann's absence. Will be pleased if we can play thw game without looking too shaky at the back. Agree with the majority on the team we should play.

This. Although Pardew would be foolish to change a team that gave their last opponents a hiding (cup game was a different team so doesn't count :P ). Start with the above, bring Cabaye on later to give him some minutes.
