Surely we are passed talking about bringing back Glen. Also at Murray's stage of career he'll want to play regularly which he would never do back at Palace.
The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years |

Had this discussion on the way home from Wembley on Saturday. With Adebayor seemingly on his way, GM would appear to be perfect to help bring on CW, but it maybe just a year or two early, as I sure he will want to play more than coach. However, as a player - even off the bench - he would be 10 times more effective than Adebayor has been.

So the answer to our lack of goals is to bring back an aging strik who couldn't get a game for one of the few teams than finished below us in the league? I love this forum as we lurch from hopeless aspiration to maudlin sentimentality in equal measures.

Can have Murray on a free, 30k week wage. Much rather him than Adebayor. Also lets not forgot after Murray got the 30 goals in one season for us, he didn't play again with the same setup Bolasie and Zaha and him attacking. Now we have Zaha back he would do a better job than Adebayor and less than half the wages. No brainer
