Quite agree that in this case anonymity should be waived, and an investigation into why the CPS pursued the case should be brought, especially given the tendency for CPS not to bring rape charges when there is actual evidence of penetration having occurred and its a 'he said, she said'. Obviously the police have to investigate it, and then pass evidence to the CPS to decide (given that some of the events were shown to be true - contact, presence at the scene at the time etc). The only reason she shouldn't be named is if the Police and CPS are pursuing charges, or it would 'bring her the celebrity' that might fuel her career.

Let's play speculation I was thinking Kerry Katona, but you would need to use a tree stump before she'd notice anything. Then I thought maybe Cher? But I ruled that out as it's probably all healed up now and you'd need to do some preliminary with a drill set or a hammer and chisel. So, I'm at a loss. Sonia Fowler?
