If you're fasinated with House of Dolls you must either be a Nazi historian or be familiar with the writings of Ian Curtis. I bought and read it in the late 80s and it's a very harrowing read, I couldn't finish it then. It turned up in a box when I moved house so I'm reading it again now.

Generally anything to do with WW2 (about 10 out of the last dozen books I've read are on the subject), but Nazi atrocities are always good value.
And I'm fairly clued up on the works of Mr Curtis (someone else full of comedy), so correctamundo on both counts.

You've no idea how long I've been waiting to say correctamundo.

Just started Cold Mountain. I haven't been to the library for a while and had nothing else to read so picked it up off my mum's shelf and thought I'd see what all the hype and the film are all about.

Finished Woody & Nord a couple of weeks ago - fascinating read.
