Had it done 10 yrs ago, it's simple and straight forward. A bit odd smelling your bollocks burn when the quarterise the tubes. You have to take a massive pain killer afterwards that knocks you sideways but that's it. Wear tight pants for a week to stop your balls bouncing and you're good to go. the dignified don't even enter in the game

Had mine done about 10 years ago Facking nightmare Had to be put under as the tubes were too far in. Gonads swelled up the size of grapefruits then stitches burst and had to have them redone Given what I know now I would not have had it done. Most people just have it done and everything is fine but in my case it wasn't choice is yours mate

I had mine done a fair few years ago, it was done privately in a local Dr's surgery. My wife asked if she could watch, I just had my eyes shut tight, throughout. It was a bit odd listening to him explaining the anatomy and what he was doing. The wife thought it was very interesting. The only pain was very short and felt like a kick in the danglies. I took a couple of days off work and put my feet up. No swelling but was advised that if there was I would have to keep an eye on it as it could end up like Buster Gonads There was a bit of blood in the ejaculations after but that went and I've never looked back
