Not much better for me. Ages to log in due to queue. Get to the Chelsea/Bournemouth bundle and at first an error message. Eventually get to the stadium loading to be told in both IE and Firefox that my flash needs updating - except I have literally just updated it.

Update. stadium loaded. Clicked on tickets. At that point it took me back to the logon page. Nice.

Managed to finally get tickets just now but very similar experience.

After 2 hours I finally managed to get through to the stadium page (till then blank screens or error messages), only to be told I needed to update my flash player (not true!).

The first time trying to add seats it wouldn't keep them in my basket. Eventually after about 10 attempts on different browsers it finally would stay in my basket so I could buy them.

Is there anyone we could contact about how poor this is such as a fans representative to the club?

They must be blatantly aware of how woefully inadequate the online ticketing system is, wheres the willingness to rectify it though? Another debacle of a ticket issue......

Shame on you management team....office meeting reqd me thinks

Love it that while on hold to the ticket office it says "don't forget it's really easy to book tickets online"! Yeah really simple it is lol

3hrs 8 mins to get 2 tickets!!

I'd have given up but I'd promised my lad as it's the last home game before he has to go into hospital for an op.

There must be an easy fix to the website, never had such problems elsewhere.

After tying for an hour for the web site to load properly and 3 times of trying to book a ticket for my Son the web site wouldn't let me choose a child ticket?? I resorted to ringing the Box office what is the point of this online booking saga?

Precisely what I wanted to ask. Is it even possible to book a child ticket on line?

Normally you can just click and change the ticket from adult to child etc, have never tried before when the tickets are bundled together. Have told my relatives i cannot get them tickets as i wasted 2;30 hrs trying this morning, when i did get on the site and clicked on the seats with excellent avilability there was only one seat left in that block, to pick another block i had to go back and then start again, i gave up. Am sure the club will sell the seats so are not bothered but when they have ambitions of increasing capacity they need to be able to cope with demand now first.

Nail on head.

It will sell out. They don't care who gets the tickets. Been trying all morning online and phone. It's just a business no matter what some say about how great the owners are. No different to thousands who wanted adele tickets last week and tried all day apparently. The tickets still sold out that's all that matters to the businessmen.

Try changing your browser, Brother in law logged in using Google Chrome and got in straight away whilst Firefox still had a blank screen.

I gave up. Then in desperation googled other numbers for the club and a lovely lady in slight denial answered the phone and directly booked my tickets - one adult and one child. No issues.

In slight denial - apparently the site is fine. Upon challenge she mentioned that there was a minor glitch earlier today...
