Like Carragher, who was an Everton fan as a child, played for Liverpool I think that Robbie Fowler was also a boyhood Everton fan.And of course Denis Law went to Man C and scored a goal which sent Man Utd down ! He was a hero at Man Utd but actually had played for Man City before he went to Italy. Edited by Willo (22 Jun 2015 7.22pm)

"Santon left Newcastle in January, joining Internazionale of Italy, but he could already be set for a return to England, as TMW claim that Palace want to sign him." Another tenuous link to another ex-Newcastle man? We'll see. Edited by Fazil Bawlty (22 Jun 2015 4.40pm) Another tedious link to a player who played under Pardew and as we know with the journo's two plus two equals bulls***!

Liverpool supporters saw Owen as the posh boy from Chester whereas they viewed Fowler as the working class boy from Toxteth hence they related more to Fowler.

Who was it that said "Anyway, I think we are getting away from the subject matter so let's get it back on track" And who has NOT heeded that message by re-playing that tattered old reel which seeks to place me in the role of "Human dartboard" ? At least my comment related to Michael Owen who entered the debate in a previous post.

Sorry Willo. I shouldn't extract the urine as my son has Aspbergers too so I should know better Firstly I am sorry to hear about your son's condition. Secondly, if you believe that your comments using the word "Too" were designed to replicate a drill touching a raw nerve you are sadly mistaken. Tut, Tut.
