Thanks for that. Now I've got to spend Sunday morning changing the sheets.

Haha.

Imagine how amazing it would be to see cabaye pulling strings starting attacks...would be on a par with the Lombardo signing.

Surely this can't be true. I will spaff all over the shop if it is.

No quotes from anybody...clubs, player or agent.

Just a newspaper filling up space, much the same as the Mirror and their Scott Dann '' story ''.

No chance this will happen - the likes of Spurs and Liverpool would no doubt grab him ahead of us, plus it's unlikely Parish would ever sanction the wages. I will s*** myself with glee if it does happen

Wouldn't hold much to this report, particularly if they think £10 million would "stretch our budget" and the need to sell Gayle as well. McArthur cost £7 million and as Pards has said he is looking for 4 new signings and not the 12 plus we signed 2 seasons ago that is well within budget.

No chance of this ever happening. Cabaye is a great player, but wages would be the main stumbling block.

Two words new TV deal, would cover the wages quite easily.

It's whether he wants to come.

Would be such a signal of intent if we can sign someone like Cabaye, and keep hold of star players like Bolasie and Dann.

Think we will sign 2 big players and a few squad players because it wouldn't surprise me if we have a clear out, on top of who have been released. I can see us spending £10m on a player of this calibre and don't think we would be scared to give them 60-70k a week either from some of the sounds coming out.

The big £5bn premier league deal comes into play in two seasons time and it is important more then even that we stay up next season for it. Even finishing bottom in that season you get £90m not that I think we would ever finish bottom

would be absolute class if he rediscovers his form

Wishing our fans would stop f. Ing about and start hoping we can hold on to our best players for a change and keep our squad for more than one season then we might be the PRemiership club we want to be

Cabaye is real class and would be a real coup for the club if we got him.

Arsenal wanted him but he went to PSG instead.

That's three words, but otherwise I agree
