iPhone stalker. Help needed!

Seeing a great girl at the moment who's soon to be ex husband has been stalking her using her iPhone. Their marriage broke down a few years ago after she found out he'd been shagging the babysitter for a year and a half. He's an alcoholic with mental health issues who has spent time inside in the past and is not the nicest of individuals. Pretty sure he used to hit her as well. He's managed to get hold of my number and sent a few spikey text messages even though they've been living apart for years. They have a joint iTunes account and he's been constantly tracking her using "find my iPhone". He also has been and continues to read all her messages. Not that familiar with the icloud but she's tried changing her iCloud password and he's still managing to stalk her. If she switches off iMessages a lot of her text messages seem to fail. Their 2 kids share an iPad, he has an iPad and iPhone and she has an iPhone. Think all the devices are linked to the same account. Can anyone from the Palace brethren (maybe staffie?) think of a solution? Can she set up her own new iTunes account and import all of her own and the kids' content? Would really appreciate any ideas. It's starting to freak me out a little!
I like that but I prefer "every ICloud has a silver lining" This thread is going to fall apart now, I have a syncing feeling.... You'll be Sirri you said that.

Spoke to Apple who were really helpful. They are going to talk her through completely separating the iTunes accounts without losing any content. Also if anyone else finds themself in this unfortunate situation if you click settings, messages, send and receive and make sure the only thing ticked is your phone number (and not your email) iMessages will only be sent and delivered to your phone and not your appleid/ other apple devices. Good to know but hoping nobody else needs to. Did hear a story of a married man locally having an affair and his mistress sent a photo of herself in her underwear which popped up on his iPad as well. Unfortunate thing being his 15 year old son was borrowing his iPad at the time....

Problem is she says she doesn't want to as she's always losing her phone. Personally I'd rather she lost her phone though very tempted to leave it on and FedEx it to Syria.
