Nah. I've seen an angle that is filming toward the left more and as it is climbing over the block the left rear tail wing hits the building, sending the plane sharp left, into a roll and across the bridge. No pilot in the world, flying that type of plane, could've done that on purpose to hit the water, nor would want to. Optimistic as ever
