The Plastics are already staying away. Even the real fans are saying that the official attendance of 24k v Millwall was more like 16k Relegation to L1 would be a disaster in terms of season ticket revenue. Wouldn't surprise me if they went for Nigel Atkins, they need a manager that has Championship experience, but as was mentioned, sacking Hyppia could be too expensive an option. Wouldn't surprise me if they went for Nigel Atkins, they need a manager that has Championship experience, but as was mentioned, sacking Hyppia could be too expensive an option.

Interesting you should say that. I watched the Millwall game on telly and at a rough guess looking at the empty seats, there were at least 10,000 empty which probably increased to about 15,000 empty by about the 85th minute then obviously it was almost empty for the final whistle. They didn't all pour out quite as early as usual as Brighton were still creating chances, but the attendance definitely dropped over the course of the game. It seemed (although I could be wrong) that some people even went home at half time although that could have been the illusion created by people taking ages coming back from the toilets and the pie stand.
