Disgusting if true. How ironic Rodgers wins it in the 25th anniversary of Hillsborough..... Manager of the year for being 4 points clear with 4 games to go and f***ing it up.... Well done Brendan.

Manager of the year is about exceeding expectations. Both Rogers and Pulis did that. Pulis exceeded expectation in terms of position by 9 places and Rogers by around 5. But in terms of points, Rogers exceeded expectation more than Pulis so you cant argue on that basis.

Both did a fantastic job and both deserve it, but there's no stitch up.

Yeah for exceeding the expectation of serial underachievement, give him an OBE.

Pulis more than exceeded expectations Dave - he did it with 10 games less than Rodgers for a start and with the club who has by far the lowest wage bill and cheapest put together squad.

Sorry but totally disagree. It's not just about points (and I would argue that Pullis far exceeded what was expected on a points basis compared to anyone) and places, it should also be about money spent, squad available etc.

Hansen himself said on MOTD that there season was a disappointment with how they capitulated at the end. Everybody knows that Pulis should have this award.
