If it had been rooney or ronaldo they would be screaming World class strike, but it was damo so he got delaney scored palaces first with a deflected shot. When will they get the credit they deserve from the media, yes we got it from the comeback but not the goals or assists. Edited by eaglesmad (07 May 2014 1.15pm)
and now Fred Davis will try for the pink, for those watching in black n white its just behind the green.......... |

I also liked the way when Suarez went flying into the advertising boards behind the goal and looked up expecting a hand to get back to his feet, Damo just turned around and jogged off. I like his attitude, the opposition aren't friends when you're on the pitch.
We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football. |

I actually was thinking it might have been planned. In the TV footage Pulis can be seen and heard telling Delaney to do something, not quite sure what he said, but if he was sending him forward for a regular high ball type of set piece why would it have been taken short?

One of the most inspired signings for many a year. A guy you would want next to you in the trenches

After the play off final last season my love for the guy couldnt get any bigger. His celebration on the pitch after lifting the trophy was the reason I got his name on the back of my shirt this year. First time ever I have a players name on.
This club of mine constantly tests my loyalty but I as do many other fans never falter or crumble My loyalty to the Palace will never waver My unadulterated passion for a club I’ve grown up supporting wont die, and my desire to keep coming back and take the blows won’t succumb to negativity |

Just seen this selfie on facebook from the poty awards
After his tears at Wembley, his rock-like performances this season and Monday's screamer, Damo is going a long way to establish himself as a bona-fide Palace legend.
"You can feel the stadium jumping. The stadium is actually physically moving up and down" |

Pah. Damo's a big girl, crying like that at Wembley.
Goodness is what you do. Not who you pray to. |
