Great interview, definitely puts to bed the nonsense that he doesn't get on with TP

Fascinating interview - and very optimistic. Pity he wasn't asked about the club shop which is not especially impressive. Does anyone know if it will revert to club control when the current contractor 's licence expires. When does the contract expire?

SP clearly sees his role as a custodian of the club - shows humility and great humour - well done Steve Parish

Brilliant interview So much optimism - almost too much when he talks about us winning a cup - heart attack time! Interesting to hear he wants at least another 10,000 seats at Selhurst

He seemed rather lukewarm comparing us unfavourably with West Ham's fans because they had a higher level of "expectation" whereas we (or some of us) were treating the Premiership as a "holiday" from the Championship. However, the rest of his observations were ace, and his sense of purpose and ambition for the club really shone through. Great to have owners who genuinely support and understand the club and its history/traditions. How different from, say, Hull, Cardiff or the two Manchester clubs whose foreign ownership don't seem to have much kinship (if any) with their supporters. Highlight came when SP said he was looking for "glory" next season with a decent run in one of the cup competitions - and perhaps "a pot in the cabinet" Roll on 2014-15!

Even though some people are wanting improvement on this season's finish, which realistically is improbable, he prefers that attitude to the one some had early this season.

Don't think anyone at the club should underestimate the impact our owners have had on the success we've had so far, SP in particular. I really feel there's a calm determination in control that inevitably will bring our club incredible success in the coming years, well beyond anything we've experienced before.

"Under 10s go free has been a great initiative for us. It's when people becomes fans and even though it costs a few hundred thousand a year, we have a duty of care to this club to continue it and grow the fanbase" Nail. Head. Chances of Tan doing the same?

We are in the best shape we've been in for years. Fantastic owners, fantastic manager wonderful feelgood factor about the club. This is the best ever opportunity we have ever had to establish the club in the Prem. If any of you have not heard this interview then listen as soon as you can. We are so lucky to have our owners.
