That t**t Durham just slated the banner " You have the money but no soul " He said there are better supporters than us .

Let's ignore his garbage and hope his precious Peterborough get royally shafted in the play-offs by Preston.

"Look at that. Accident blackspot? These aren't accidents! They're throwing themselves into the road gladly! Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness!"

Adrian Durham?
Never heard of him. Does he work on Radio Mayday or something.

You obviously do know who he is as his first name hasn't been mentioned in this thread until you mentioned it

The banner was a f'kin embarrassment!!!!!!!!
The fact that City have rich owners should in no way detract from the feelings of their loyal fans. They were still pulling in crowds of 20thou+ when in the third tier for heavens sake!

HF, you've been great but this poor effort done us no favours. I hope you learn from this 'EPIC FAIL'.

Did he not get his facts wrong about Glen Murray as well?? He said, we're ones to talk about money, we made Glen a financial offer he couldn't refuse and we pinched him from Brighton, well wasn't it just that Brighton wouldn't give him the stability he wanted by only offering him a 1 year contract and we offered him 2 or 3??? That's hardly us splashing the cash on a player is it??

It was fine. They do have the money, we do have the soul. We also now have a little bit of money. They also have plenty of soul. But we have more soul than money.

Have to say I didn't really think the banner works against City. They may have money now but their fans have been through thick and thin, credit to them for sticking by in the league 1 times. The banner would have been far better against Chelsea who have no soul.

The ups and downs of Palace have left me older than my years

No bud, I don't 'get it'? The banner just mentioned City having money. No mention of 'the soul of City and their true fans'. Fans just like us. It was embarrassing and I hope it won't be repeated.
Concentrate on our club and we'll never go wrong..........'get it'?

Plums opinions don't count.

Never question the soul of the old school city fans, Maine Road was one of the most hostile places on Earth.

Durham..........

Oh right, yes, thanks. I get it now.

A shame that people also sing those nasty songs like 'can you hear the City sing'. Teasing the opposition supporters is just not a part of football.
