I'm beginning to wonder if I really WAS at the game. I didn't see this or the guy run on the pitch at the end.

Top lad.

I hope they players donated too, let's face it, a days wages from a couple players would fund the entire operation...

Not good enough on the pitch yesterday. Awful cross in first minute set the tone for the day. Twice failed to move when Jerome flicked the ball on. Just surprised it took Pulis so long to hail him off.

Think ( I hope anyway) that this gesture shows the football world what Crystal Palace FC is all about. Make me so proud to have eagles blood in my veins.

Brighton fans have been raising money. Article written in March.

The story was posted on Brighton forums and the Seagulls fans have since added more than £1,000 to Scarlett’s JustGiving page.

Mr Hewitt said: “It’s quite amazing really, it’s great that both sets of fans can get together to help a good cause.

“One Palace fan said he would wear a Brighton shirt to the last home game of the season if Brighton fans raised more than £500. Well they’ve already smashed that.

Really impressed by the Brighton fans. The post on North Stand, their contributions to this brave, little girl and their donations. Now the money goal is reached, hope the whole world can watch one of our own in full Brighton kit on Monday - and thus finally secure operation for our little pearl Scarlett.

When the Teams came out they were holding hands with the Children.

Yannick's little girl was struggling to walk so he picked her up and carrried her to the centre of the pitch, where the players all shake hands.

Once completed he put her down and made sure she was looked after.

He then went with the rest of the Lads to the side of the pitch and did his warm up.

A nice gesture.

Palace 13th 2017/18.
