England world cup victory for me. All those years of gut wrenching defeats on penalties, hopes dashed by rubbish performances such as in South Africa, nightmare refereeing decisions such as disallowing Campbell's last minute goal in the 2004 EC Quarter final, would be wiped out by one victory. I'd just like them to win once in my lifetime.
However if Palace reach the champions league final, I might have to rethink...

I doubt England will get out of the group stage in Brazil.

Should always be club before country!

Ooh, it's a tough one.....

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

Palace or England? Who cares what a load of spoilt millionairs do? Only one team for me. The paupers at Selhurst, everytime.

Got to weigh up what would make you happier, for me the feel good of Palace doing well, lasts longer than England. If we did win the World Cup, it would be manic for a few months, and then that would be it. The odd friendly hear..

Would love England to win the World Cup, but not at palace's expense.

Bragging rights to who?? rarely ever get into a heated debate about England with anyone from another country, but Palace, it's bragging rights on and off through the season.

Good question. When I was younger I would have said England but years of watching the national team has changed my opinion completely. I think the whole England set up is a far cry from what it used to be and my enthusiasm for a load of overpaid whiners has declined over the years. Will England show the same togetherness and passion in the World Cup that we have this season? I doubt it very much. I still love England and support them fully, especially with Cwoydon Woy in charge cos I like him and he's from here but if it's a question of Palace v England it's no contest - Palace every time.

The World Cup is when I have uninterrupted forty winks for a month. The last three World Cups were so boring I gradually fell asleep and I guess I will do so again this year especially if we have to play in Amazon Territory where the humidity is so bad one never needs to take a bath and you can hardly walk leave alone run.

I gave up on England after 2010 world cup. My faith in them has gone out the window and theres more chance of discovering Rocking Horse s*** then there is of me caring about England.
