If he was captain of the Titanic, he would definitely have stopped that from going down too.

If Pulis was Captain, Damo would have bailed it out himself with a leaky bucket.

I think now's the time for CPFC to start talking to TP about extending his contract, with a massive buy out clause.

This big time. More important than spending on any players we might hope to sign.

Increase his bonus for keeping us up as well. Let him know how appreciated and wanted he is.

Yeah I'd say so. This can quickly fall apart if you lose your manager. When you think that you get £60mil minimum tv money for every season in the division and £900k per league place, it's a no brainer for a club without pulling power of others.

Funny how no one wanted him while he was at Stoke???

That's a very valid point. He performed miracles at Stoke yet no one wanted him.

I've said this before, but I think a lot of the owners see him as a footballing dinosaur. And to be fair, his football at Stoke WAS dire. Thankfully he doesn't (or can't) play hoof ball with the players we have. That's the only concern - owners seeing that Pulis isn't just a one trick pony.

I'm tough. I'm ambitious. I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, I'm OK with that.

I think that Pardew is under huge pressure at Newcastle and I would NOT be surprised one iota if he left at the end of the season.Part-exchange Pardew for Pulis !!!!

Mickey Quinn!? That fu#kwit called us a "pub team" live on air in January, patronised Pulis for being good at getting his teams organised & hard to beat, but insinuated all he was capable of was instructing his players to play physical, direct football.
Now the same muppet is clambering over other 'rent a red top newspaper' quote pundits, to blow air up TP's backside. Third rate media w***ar.

First at Stoke, now at Palace...and this comes out on Easter Day!...it's not Manager of the Year he should get but 'Beatification' (although technically you have to be dead for that)...no wonder he wears a cap there's a halo underneath

My sources have told me that Putin has appointed Pulis on a £35 million contract on the basis that he can successfully take over Ukraine within 2 days.

Mickey Quinn and Georgie Bingham going on and on about the length of pulis's contract which i believe is 2 1/2 years

They say Newcastle want him which in my opinion is complete bulls*it

And yes you guessed it's from the Sunday mirror.

Who in their right might would want that job, they have been blowing hot and cold with Pardew for ages now and their chairman won't release any money to buy players?

Ashley is a tight b****** how on earth is Pardew supposed to do that job?
