Great to see these local english youngsters rewarded with contracts

Chelsea v arsenal semi final of the youth cup was full of foriegners and players signed from other english clubs academies. Hardly any will be given a chance, whereas we will hopefully see the likes of Allasani, Gray, Kai Kai and Boateng etc soon in a Palace first team set up

Think Richard Shaw is involved in the U18s

Actually, Chelsea vs Arsenal had a majority of British players, not foreigners. Some were signed from other academies but not all. That's something Palace are doing now anyway so we can't really take the moral high ground.

I don't think Allassani will be in the first team anytime soon. Boateng and Gray will be the next to come through.

Richard Shaw manages the u16s but works with the u18s two days a week.

Gray looks like he will be coming in. Boateng needs another loan when he is 20 he will be pushing his way in. But I think we will see Gray next year in the cup. How old is Gray?
