The fact that we play a right back on the left instead of these 2 speaks volumes.

Get rid and free up the wages.

moxey mistakes has conceded more points than any other Palace this season.
He cant stay on his feet and is constantly out of position, sell him asap i say.

Although he tries hard, gives 100% and is ok going forwards he is L1 at best. Sorry but true.

Maybe we should be playing Moxey on the right!!!!
That's TP style thinking right there (albeit a s*** championship version of TP)

I suppose achieving promotion / survival is a mixed blessing from the players' point of view as an unfortunate byproduct of achieving either is the end of the road for several of the players who contributed to getting us there.

Quote PALACE FOR EVER at 07 Apr 2014 9.56pm

As both of their contracts end in June of this year a decision has to be made on selling or contract renewal.

For me if it was one of them it would be Parr, he's less prone to mistakes, Moxey does semm to suffer from concentration lapses and of course he'a another player to play for Palace in both full back rolls.

They have been great servants for Palace and helped us though the difficult times after the summer of 2010. Moxey came to the club the middle of the 2010/11 season and Parr the beginning of the 2011/12 season when he was playing in the Norwegian season and of course voted Palace's player of the season for 2011/12.

If it's June of this year, we can't sell they'll leave on a free once their contracts expire.

Joel Ward is our best player at right back. He's often our best player at left back also but it seems madness to not reward him with his favoured position.

It's harsh on Marriapa (he's been great) but the solution should be Ward at right back with Mariappa as a great backup. Then a new left back (perhaps Bertrand or someone of that ilk) and then it's down to Pulis.

Does he want to keep one of Parr or Moxey to backup that new left back or sell them both and if that new left back gets injured move Ward to left back and Marriapa right back.

I assume he'll go with the latter, as it'll be a convincer for Marriapa that even though he's a backup, if either the left back or right back get injured or suspended, he gets a starting spot.

I remember all the Moxey fans on here before Christmas.

I said then and I'll say it now.....By all accounts a quality bloke and obviously a leader on the pitch....But he belongs in the championship.

I think you missed the point back then. It was a debate between Moxey and Parr, and I still maintain Moxey was performing at a level I've not seen from Parr. However, I think most "Moxey fans" as you put it maintained that neither him nor Parr are good enough for this level. That's a fact - as much as they both work their socks off, if we want to move forward in this league than neither is good enough as first choice.

Same is very true for Parr and he would generate more interest/money on the transfer market. Would keep Moxey for his attitude and sell Parr.

Or perhaps some sort of swap deal with Cresswell of Ipswich coming here and Jonny Williams going the other way and a cash adjustment if appropriate

Every player who has worn the shirt this season should be applauded and thanked not criticised or belittled.

No one has let us down and not one single player has looked ridiculously out of place in the premier league.

We never thought it would be possible.

Parr will probably stay, but not sure about Moxey.

Dead right mate!. I think Parr is possibly versatile enough and could play in midfield or on the wing if necessary. Moxey may be done for pace and positional play so I would think the jury is still out on his future.
