What if we had Pulis from the start?

Heard an interesting stat earlier that Pulis has taken 27 points from 20 games. Now I'm not saying that this would have in anyway been possible, but, if we'd had Pulis from the start then our point score now (using 1.35pts as the Tony average) could be 43 and up to 51 by the end of the season! So is it a realistic expectation to think that this is the kind of points tally we could muster up next season?
