How can you have three boring 1-0 wins in your top 5 ?

So what are your top five then?

Sorry , perhaps I should have added the smiley .

Same as yours , for sheer terror though the last fifteen minutes Hillsborough was quite something.

As an 18 year old fan, I missed out on the cup run of 1990 and 'Hopkin looking to curl one' amongst other moments.

So, my top 5 would be:

Palace 1-0 West Ham- my first real Palace memory
Sheffield Wednesday 2-2 Palace
Brighton 0-2 Palace
Palace 1-0 Watford
Palace 1-0 Chelsea

For sheer excitement

1990 semi
1989 play off final v Blackburn
1979 Burnley

Those three can't be beaten. Terraces added that extra element that's impossible to replicate these days.

Quite a few others come joint second.

Three Man Utd games have to be in there:
The 5-0 win at Selhurst in the old first division in 1972;
Our very first game in the top flight, at home to Man U in 1969 in front of a capacity crowd facing Best, Law and Charlton (a 2-2 draw);
The Wembley cup final 3-3 (NOT the replay!).
I agree about the 1979 Burnley game, which would be top of my list. A magic night.

I'm not sure about hillaborough.

Obviously fantastic result but I remember being terrified through the whole game. Not only could we have been relegated but we faced extinction.

I'm tough. I'm ambitious. I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, I'm OK with that.

As someone who was a mere 5 year old during the 4-3 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup semi-final, i shall go with the following ones I attended over the years.

1997 play-off final vs Sheffield UTD 1-0
2012-13 season vs Brighton 3-0 (worth the long trip)
2013 play-off final vs Watford 1-0 (Best late birthday present ever)
2004 play-off final vs West Ham United 1-0
1997 play-off semi final first leg vs Wolves 3-1 (Dougie's first goal was amazing)

"Look at that. Accident blackspot? These aren't accidents! They're throwing themselves into the road gladly! Throwing themselves into the road to escape all this hideousness!"

Brighton and Hove Albion 0 - 2 Crystal Palace

I honestly don't think a game of this magnitude against our biggest rivals with a youth team player scoring both the goals will ever be bettered
