I reckon we will have to keep Speroni now and sell Hennessey to the Arsenal for fifteen million quid. After letting in six last week against Chelsea they need a goalie badly. We could then buy a classical stiker!.

The commentator on whatever stream I was watching said that the Argentina manager is aware of him and has been watching DVDs already. I would love him to make that squad, especially as I think they'll go on to win it this time. What a keeper he is.

I don't know who the number 1 keeper for Argentina is, but all I can say is he must be a bloody fantastic because if Jules does not get a call up to the squad after those saves today he never will. Top man Jules, a true legend and a real hero.
Is an absolute travesty, Jules is not in the frame. The very least, you'd have thought one of the favourites for Brazil would want someone who's playing regularly.

Very very close now to being the number one keeper in my 30 years of Palace watching. Nigel Martyn has always been number one for me but Jules is consistently good now, week in week out. I just wish he was a few years younger. Clearly a Palace man, if anyone deserves to play for his country it's Jules. And if England played Argentina in a pen shoot out- I'd be cheering for Jules!

His shot stopping and reflexes have always been excellent. This season he has been more commanding of his 6 yard area which must be due to a change in his coaching methods by George Wood . Just needs to get his kicking right.
