He's getting better but a long way from the finished article.

He has to learn when to take on players and when to offload. He reminds me of Routledge who is only now fulfilling his potential.

Bolasie clearly has great tekkers, but is a work in progress still.

A long way from Premiership standard, I fear.

Wife beating may be socially acceptable in Sheffield, but it is a different matter in Cheltenham

He reminds me of George Ndah, great at dribbling and going past people, but no real end product.
They end up just running at the corner flag, not even looking for other players in the box.
One thing that is positive about him, he is better than Tom Soares!

He gets us from inside our own half to the opposition box a lot of the time, which is more than can be said for any of our other players. Even if he doesn't get a goal/assist every game, he at least stretches teams, and is our best option atm.

Can get down the wings and beat people but this rarely ends in a dangerous cross or a shot on target. When I saw him cut inside and line up to shoot yesterday my heart sank because I knew it was going in the stands. Was impressed however it was actually quite close and not the usual row z.

Most of the team probably are, to some degree. We tend to have players who are really good at one thing, but lack that versatility that tends to make them suitable for the premiership standard (ie Midfielders who can score, defend, tackle cross and beat a man - we have ones that can do one but not the other, Defenders who score from corners, wing backs who can double up as wingers, strikers who can drop back into midfield and pass etc.

We have a striker who cannot score (great at winning the ball and holding it up, but not a passer of the ball)

Probably Ward, Jedi, Leadley, Gabbidon and Speroni are the only really versatile players.

This, his efforts were really good, one straight at the keeper, but two that were certainly unlucky. Hopefully a sign of development. The one goal he has scored for us was an absolute peach of a goal.

His crosses and passes last season were very good (and his tackling is very solid). Great player there just waiting to break out

I don't understand why TP substituted him yesterday when he had been the closest thing we had to a goal scoring threat up to that point.

A real threat to the fans in row L instead of Z now

Always exciting when he gets the ball at his feet, but YB has too many weaknesses to be a "real" PL player.

He has three goals for us, home to Wolves and Ipswich and away at Derby.
